Pre-Production
Technical assessment
Our engineering team reviews your part design for material, surface finish, structure, process, and key 3D/2D drawing details before production.
Material verification
Upon request, we provide material certification from the raw material manufacturer, including grade, heat number, dimensions, mechanical properties, and chemical composition.
In-Production
On-site inspection system
Automatically verifies part positioning and makes adjustments during machining, helping prevent issues early and reduce time and costs.
In-process quality control
We follow ISO 9001:2015 standards, with routine inspections every 2 hours to ensure consistent quality and prevent production risks.
Final-Production
Full-Dimensional Inspection Report
Upon request, we provide detailed inspection reports covering part quantities, critical dimensions, threads, tolerances, thicknesses, depths, and appearance.
Protective Packaging & Transit
We use four layers of protection—wrapping paper, EPE, foam, and paper/wooden boxes—to protect parts from damage during transit and ensure safe delivery.
