Prototype parts ship in 1–5 business days. ISO 9001:2015 certified — every tight-tolerance order ships with a CMM-verified dimensional inspection report referenced against your drawing revision.

CNC stands for Computer Numerical Control. The machine reads a toolpath generated from your 3D model and a cutting tool removes material until the part matches that geometry. No moulds, no manual intervention mid-cut. The same file run on Monday produces the same part on Friday — that repeatability is the point.

Note: Tight tolerances are achievable on features suited to that level of control. Part geometry, material, and feature accessibility affect what is practical. If a callout is at the limit, DFM review flags it before quoting.
